Submission Guidelines

  • Submissions must be original work not previously published or presented.
  • The work must be relevant to oncology and cancer care.
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • The presenting author must register for the conference.
  • Each presenter may submit up to 2 abstracts as first author.
  • Changes are not possible after the deadline.
  • All abstracts undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee.
  • The decision of the Scientific Committee is final.

    WORDS MAXIMUM

    The word limit includes all text in the abstract (excluding title, authors, affiliations).

    KEY SECTIONS

    Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion.

    Ethical Statement

    All research involving human participants must have been conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by an IRB or Ethics Committee.

    • No patient identifiers in the abstract.
    • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
    • Plagiarism in any form results in disqualification.
    • Submission implies agreement to these terms.

    Review Process

    1 · Initial ScreeningAbstracts are checked for completeness and adherence to guidelines.
    2 · Peer ReviewEach abstract is reviewed by at least two independent experts.
    3 · Evaluation CriteriaOriginality, scientific quality, methodology, relevance, and clarity.
    4 · DecisionAccepted abstracts notified by email by 20 December 2026.
    5 · Presentation TypeAuthors are informed of the format (Oral or Poster).
